WHAT IS ‘TOOGOOD FLOWER STUDIO’?
Toogood Flower Studio provide a unique flower delivery all over the Gold Coast. We operate out of a beautiful studio at Mermaid Beach, and we are also an online florist delivering fresh flowers and special extras within the Gold Coast region.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver every day during the week (Monday to Friday) and Saturdays are currently also available. If you place your order before 12 o’clock we should be able to deliver it same day.
WHAT TIME SHOULD MY FLOWERS ARRIVE?
Depending on which suburb you are it can be anywhere between 8am and 5pm.
WHAT IF I NEED AN EARLY DELIVERY?
Please email us on email@example.com if you really need an early delivery and we will do our best to help you out.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER ON THE GOLD COAST?
We deliver to all suburbs from Tweed Heads up to Hope Island. If you are unsure if we can deliver your flowers please just contact the studio on 07 5575 4400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm.
WHAT IF I PUT MY ORDER IN AFTER 12PM?
We will do our best to have it delivered but if we have missed the couriers for the day we will have it delivered the next day.
DO YOU DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Currently we do not deliver on public holidays, excluding Mothers day or Valentines day.

WHAT IF SOMEONE ISN’T THERE TO ACCEPT THE FLOWERS?
We have a space for the mobile number of the recipient when you place your order – this is really crucial! Please make sure you also include as much information as possible regarding where to leave flowers if they are not home. We will leave the flowers in a safe and secure place if no one is there to collect.
We really do prefer to hand deliver these in person but if that is impossible they will be left. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility if flowers are delivered and nobody collects them.
A re-delivery charge can take place if our delivery driver has absolutely no way of getting in to the property and nowhere for the flowers to be left i.e a gated house or gated apartment blocks with no entry.
So please do your best to provide correct and additional address information when placing an order and we will of course do our best to ensure the beautiful flowers make it to the right person!
WILL MY FLOWERS LOOK EXACTLY AS THE PHOTO LOOKS?
Here at Toogood Flower Studio we take great care in providing you with creative, beautiful and memorable flowers, we receive fresh flowers daily to achieve this goal. All the photos are a guide to what the bunch will look like, as we use the freshest most seasonal flowers available to us. We always try to make the bunch the same if not very similar to the photograph of course.
If a certain bloom is not available we use the most similar flower to still keep in the theme of the bunch you have chosen.
We rely on fresh seasonal flowers, which means the images shown are a guide ONLY, to show the style, size and pricing of the flowers, and hope that you are happy for us to supply the best flowers available for you, each and every day.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?
Once you have received your fresh flowers the first thing to do is remove all the packaging and re-cut the stems – about 1-2cm is enough. Place them in a vase of fresh water, keeping all the foliage / leaves above the water level (this can make the water smelly and slimy!).
Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heaters. Change the water every second day. As your blooms begin to age, you can continue to change the water, re-cut the stems, and pick off any browning petals or leaves.

CAN I PRE-ORDER FLOWERS?
Absolutely, you can pre order weeks or even months in advance so you don’t forget those important dates!
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is $15 to all areas within the Tweed to Hope Island region. Some areas on the edges of this boundary may attract an additional $5 charge which we will contact you about after we receive your order.
